    • The Jets surrendered 368 yard of...

The Jets surrendered 368 yard of offense but forced three turnovers during last week's 27-23 win over the Bills.

Analysis: The win snapped a six-game skid for New York. Youthful by design, the Jets defense has shown a few flashes of potential, but most of 2018 has been marred by inconsistencies and a lack of execution. Prized free-agent signing Trumaine Johnson answered some of his critics with a two-interception performance in Sunday's win and Jamal Adams was a typical energizer bunny at the safety position, but the Jets will need more players to step up if they hope to contain the likes of Deshaun Watson and DeAndre Hopkins come Saturday. Winners of nine of their last 10, Houston has relied heavily on its offense to grasp ahold of the AFC South division lead. The Texans have eclipsed 20 points in 10 of their 13 contests, it would seem likely they'll reach that mark again in Week 15.

    • Elliott made his lone field-goal attempt...

Elliott made his lone field-goal attempt in Sunday's 29-23 loss to the Cowboys but connected on just two of three extra points.

Analysis: Elliott's first scoring attempt of the game came after Alshon Jeffery's third-quarter touchdown, but the Memphis product pushed it right. He would tie the game at nine early in the fourth, but perhaps the contest would not have gone to overtime if not for the missed kick earlier. Elliott has had to battle both his offense's inconsistency as well as his own this season. He'll look to put it past him on the road Week 15 against the Rams.

Matthews caught his lone target for six yards in Sunday's 29-23 loss to the Cowboys.

Analysis: Matthews played just 11 snaps in this one and now has failed to surpass 14 in three of the last four weeks. He has just two catches for ten yards over his last three games although one was for a touchdown, and this week's was also a red-zone target. To play him on the road Week 15 against the Rams is to hope for another score and little more.

    • Tate caught one of three targets...

Tate caught one of three targets for seven yards in Sunday's 29-23 loss to the Cowboys.

Analysis: Taking Tate away seemed to be part of Dallas' gameplan, as there was a Cowboy draped over him almost every single time he ran a route. However, he also saw 16 fewer snaps than in any of his previous three contests and saw just one target prior to the fourth quarter. Nelson Agholor, who initially enjoyed just a slight edge in playing time in the first weeks since Tate was acquired, has now out-snapped the 30-year-old by 29 in each of the last two games. Fantasy owners will have to hope Tate sees the field more Week 15 on the road against the Rams.

    • Agholor caught two of three targets...

Agholor caught two of three targets for 49 yards in Sunday's 29-23 loss to the Cowboys.

Analysis: On the first play after the two-minute warning, Agholor set up the game-tying touchdown with a spectacular play to tap his heels as he fell backward out of bounds on a fourth-quarter deep ball from Carson Wentz. The USC product's only other catch coincidentally came on the first Eagles' play after the warning in the first half, but that makes two games of at least 49 yards following two games of one catch and 12 yards combined. It is that inconsistency that means Agholor is very difficult to trust with one's playoff fate in fantasy, although facing the Rams' secondary in Week 15 should not prove as tough a test as the Cowboys.
